The virtual world has been better (and worse) than we could have imagined.… we hacked and reimagined new ways to get work done—all while wearing sweatpants everyday.
The “virtual collaboration ONLY world” is coming to a close and we’re all craving some form of being in person again. We’re seeing people rush to schedule the IRL meetings but lack a sense of urgency to intentionally design [link to Meetings as Experiences] that meeting. Noone will tolerate a poorly imagined meeting at this stage of the game.

We’re saying there is NO WAY we’re going back to the old ways of doing meetings before the pandemic. We’ve just learned too much.
