Dana Wasson, MSOD, has run her own consulting firm, Take Action Inc. for over 25 years. As an organization development consultant and graphic facilitator, she specializes in strategic visioning, team and leadership development, and employee engagement, utilizing a design thinking approach to her work with organizations. Her clients span a wide array of fields, from health care, food and consumer packaged goods (CPG), and technology. She has worked with both publicly held and family-owned businesses, as well as associations, foundations, and non-profits.
Dana holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco. She has spoken at TEDxUCSD and is a certified coach and the author of three books: Talk the Walk: Designing a Clear Path to a World Class Employee Experience, We’ve Got to START Meeting Like This!: Creating Inspiring Meetings, Conferences, and Events, and To Meet or NOT To Meet? 10 Tips for Practically Perfect Meetings. She also created the “Meeting in a Box” toolkit and contributed three chapters to the book The World of Visual Facilitation.
