I ran across a classic TED video today.  As I watched it (and of course shared it with everyone in my office) I couldn’t help but remember the session I attended at SXSW .  How to Spark a Movement #sparkamovement by Scott Heiferman.  Watch the video and then I will try to tie both of the ideas together.

OK…so I am going to try an experiment.  I taped an audio that unpacks the ideas from Derek’s TED video and Scotts talk at SXSW.  What I know is that after rerecording this 3x (I will work on saying um too many times), I have decided to let it go and put it out there.  Hopefully you will get something out of it.  And…if you weren’t at the talk at SX you will have a little glimpse into a session there.  You can also tap into the twitter feed that I listed above.

Last night I wandered over to the convention center and picked up my big bag.  It was a quick trip and I headed straight to the front of the line.  I can only imagine the cavernous space filled completely today as the majority of people start to arrive.  Anyway, pays to come early.

I am amazed by the sheer number of people this event must require.  Anyway, I got the 2 BIG BAGS and started the first trip back home.  I found the 1l and met a wonderful woman who owns and runs a theater company. She pointed out the local coop and I hopped off the bus and headed over there for coffee.
Looking forward to tomorrow…and coffee.
